Pet Policy

Pet-friendly living with room to roam. At Ellison Cool Springs, your cat can claim a sunny window seat and your dog can stretch out between walks, playtime, and a rinse-off after the fun. The community’s private dog park and pet spa make everyday care easier, while walking trail access, outdoor courtyards, and fresh-air patios or balconies in select homes add more ways to enjoy the day together.

Inside, airy layouts, large walk-in closets, luxury vinyl flooring, and full-size washers and dryers help your home keep up with real pet life. With pet supplies, services, and off-leash park options around Franklin, you’ll have plenty nearby when it is time for a grooming appointment, a new toy, or a longer weekend outing.
